Can I return my order if I change my mind?
GrandLiving Luxe does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, notify us as soon as reasonably possible and provide photographs together with your order number.

Yes.
Our furniture is covered by a manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, subject to the warranty terms supplied with the product.
Normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, improper assembly or incorrect maintenance are not covered.
